The AIPAC needs to go. It is an un-American, traitorous organization.

It plainly isn't. It is a war of aggression and hate. Started by Israel. If they had concern for love and peace, they would have taken another path..........

Let's hear it then, what should they have done?
Easy enough for you to say 'they should have done something else' but what were some reasonable alternatives, in your opinion?

Number 1. Remain strong but react with moral strength and in the right......

Number 2. What I must admit, the U.S. has done to create some good in the world in many cases. Investment. You don't see the U.S. fighting places , bombing places where its money is.

Number 3. By way of the above. Start talking to others and creating dialogue. Start by giving concessions, offerings. Creating good will. Aid would be one way, financially. Also reparation money.

Number 4. Sitting at the table with its adversaries. Creating a grand conference of all those concerned and not just blankly saying, "we won't listen. We won't negotiate.". This is an opportunity for everyone to try and fix something.

Number 5. Commit to peace. Believe that peace is valuable and that only in dire circumstances will the sword be drawn -- in complete self protection. As it is, Israel just attacks, imprisons, blows up whoever they want. They are cowboys, really are and no better than Arab govts.

Number 6. Instead of creating walls, creating barriers, create connections with Arabs. Even on a civilian level . It is this more than Begin and Sadat that led to the deal with Egypt. Plus Israeli investment in Egyptian tourism in the Sinai and in their own wish for this vacation destination.....

Number 7. quit brainwashing its society with religious rhetoric, us against them etc...It is deafening in Israel and I for one want more and more movement in Israel society limiting religious fanatics and military ones too.......That would mean pumping money into organizations that support a more diverse, multi ethnic and secular vision of Israel. Get all the old religious rules off the law books....

I;ll stop there but there is a lot more I think Israel could and should do...
