No, as much as he's been trying to spin it that way for maximum hyperbole. He got caught with his pants down. He wants revenge. He has no conscience. He'll tell whatever lies suit his purpose to cause trouble for this site and certain users here who spoke up about K-Pot bad behaviour.
Shortle after Shawn killed himself the K-pot idiots were publicly smacked down by myself and many others for allowing users at HIS site to harass Shawn and his ex-girlfriend--making Shawn's already-troubled life harder, not easier. The idiots at K-Pot wouldn't even believe his death was real in the days after--said it was faked by Shawn for "attention". And that he somehow "deserved" what he got from them.
If some users here were so disgusted and upset by K-Pot behaviour and said they killed him, oh well--certainly not publicly on these boards though. Their behaviour towards Shawn certainly didn't make his life any easier in his last days. Shawn was a popular guy in the Korean/Chinese blog world. The normal people were horrified and saddened.
I'll say it again, harassing someone and the people in their life is not acceptable behaviour. Ever.
Imagine Shawn in the last days of his downward spiral...seeing what they were publicly discussing on K-P about doing to him next--contacting his boss/work...they'd already contacted his Chinese ex-girlfriend. Joking about "owning her" and "we can get her to do what we want." All for fun and games and their amusement right? These people were not Shawn's friends...they just wanted to continue humilitaing him any way they could find. And then Shawn killed himself. You'd think they'd be kinda humbled by that, given the way they treated him. Oh no...they've just pointed their hatred towards others now--this site, users who spoke out here. Anywhere they can deflect blame for their bad behaviour.
In retaliation for the very public smackdown K-pot got about what they did to Shawn, they're now trying to cause trouble for ESLCafe and targeting some of our users. Kind of in the same harassive vein.

It's like I said a while back. Some of these crappy people just don't get it--don't want to, and never will. They're bullies. They thrive on hating someone/something at any given time and these days it's for one of our users and causing trouble for this site. So we ban them. Let them keep their hatred at their house instead of coming over here to do their crap. |
