Has anyone here yet mentioned how the good ol' Star of "David" is in fact an ancient MASONIC SYMBOL?
|
Umm no, as far as I can tell, no one has yet mentioned that. The honour goes to you.

Again, gotta go with the negative on that. |

eh there is some repetition in that article. you might want to edit it a bit.
Why do you cut and paste articles anyway, w/out offering your two cents? A little silly. |
Well, you see, it's kind of like being a good teacher: present, let students debate and teach themselves.
Oh, you want an AGENDA attached? Silly me. |

So what do you think? Is this not an important angle?
Insignificant? Off topic? |

I think the main reason their is such a transatlantic divide over the Middle East has 3 major components.
1. Europe after millenia of warfare is finally at peace. Therefore they tend to think the whole world should follow their glorious example, conveniently forgetting the fact that the USA is largely responsible for keeping European tribes in their respective corners.
2. Europe, after millenia of murdering, stealng from and otherwise mistreating its Jewish population, is eager to see in Israel some sort of semblance of their old ways. prior to pax americana, therefore psychologically regaining some sort of moral high ground.
3and Europe, has always been more aware of the violent and expansionistic tendencies of their Muslim and Arab neighbors, who now number tens of millions in their midst. To be even slightly more "pro-Israel" in the eyes of this growing fifth colun would be to invite even more and more Islamic terrorism in their midst.
Meanwhile the USA is not nearly as historically blinded by the (1) current state of peace in Europe, and (2) does not feel guilt over its historic treatment of Jews, generally relaizing the great contributions Jewish-Americans have made to our national life, and (3) is not one bit scared of Muslims and/or Arabs, never have been and never will be.
It is actually America's freedom to see things more clearly than Europe that leads America to side with Israel and not the "Zionists" who manipulate Americans, as some of the more fevered imaginations here might suggest. |

You have been bought by foreign interests and are nothing more than one of their shrill mouthpieces.
Here's an upstanding Israeli who fled to his homeland after cheating the U.S. of millions recently:

whatever.
I happen to support South Korea over North Korea. Is that because of the South Korean foreign influence.
And how to explain my staunch support for Taiwan vis-a-vis China???
Nefarious Taiwanese lobby?
I support Israel against terroristic and facist Arab neighbors.
Sue me. |

"Hallucinatory" would be the adjective of my choosing. |
And why is that exactly? Not grounded in any substance or reality?
Maybe you should open your eyes & look into history a little more
Too much denial going on here. |
