I went to get hand in all my paperwork for the tourist visa at the Chinese Embassy in Myeong-dong but it seemed to be closes no one was out front, all the doors were closes actually I could only see two entrances to the place.
Anybody got any idea about that? |

They are only open Monday to Thursday in the morning for visa processing.
The information is available on their Korean website. |

The NZ Embassy was willing to issue me an Emergency Travel Document to go to China, but as it turns out, I cannot use it to get a Chinese visa anyway.
Thanks heaps for the constructive replies. My travel agent emailed today saying he has recieved my passport!! After 12 days in the Korean mail system, the wrong address, and a screw up at the post office - it finally arrived! |
Congratulations. I am happy for you. |
