eat something, haejang guk, cup ramen, sullongtang, whatever after drinking (preferably something really soupy) and drink lots of water too
you'll wake up and feel much better than if you had just gone to sleep on an empty stomach |

Fluids before sleep, but don't guzzle, you might piss your buddy's sofa.
Vitamin B Complex is good. Almost any small brown bottle of Korean stuff is good. |

Acetaminophen Alchohol Syndrome - The condition exists. However, my recommended dosages are within prescription guidelines.
| Quote: |
The American Liver Foundation believes that warning labels on acetaminophen-containing products should make specific mention of the risk of liver damage. Consumers should be made aware that there are a number of scientific reports that urge that those who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages daily should take no more than 2 grams per day of acetaminophen without consulting their physician.
|
1000 mg = 1 gram
The OP is not a heavy drinker and my doses are 50% conservative.
Drink up! |

Listen.
I could be an alcoholic. There's a good chance of that.
Sometimes a hangover is good for you novices. It shows you that you had a bit too much and that maybe you should slow down.
I never get them.
See what I'm saying? |

As someone said a bowl of some soupy concoction BEFORE bed will help. Also lots of water. And, no matter how drunk you are, brush your teeth! Nothing worse than opting not to and waking up with that boozy breath. A face wash and a shower, if possible, is also a good idea.
Depends on the DAY.
A day where you do NOT have to work: if you were out all night and have no desire to see the day take two motion sickness pills (dyminhydrinate, travel tabs, gravol, etc) and two or three pain killers. You'll sleep like a baby, oblivious to the world and feeling no pain.
A day that you HAVE to work or go out and see the sights or whatever: two pain killers, something for your stomach (non-drousy of possible) and eat a greasy breakfast.
Happy drinking! |

The best cure is hair of the dog, although I've never tried it in the morning.
Works wonders for the day-long hangovers I sometimes (rarely) get, though. Feel sh*tty until 5 or 6, then it's back to normal with the help of a couple of beers. |
