Just found this from another post by someone else a couple of years ago here on Dave's. It's a 30 minute (three-parts on YouTube) documentary on development of the development of the struggle between the two major branches of the health industry - the industrial/ pharmaceuticals industry branch, and the alternative/ vitamin supplements industry.
Personally, I'm not sure which I really trust, but anyway, this set of three clips is narrated by Dame Judi Dench ('M' from the latest 007 Bond movies), and is highly recommended:

It's also topical, because that Codex Alimentarius (sp?) officially came into effect in 181 countries, presumably including the RoK, just two days ago.
The associated website is a bit shrill and wild-eyed with regard the gamut of conspiracy theories, but on this particular issue, as far as I can tell at this stage, it sticks to the facts, including a raft of quite peculiar-looking legislation introduced to the US Congress over the last few months...
