They are thinking that you're Fidel Castro (cuban landlord) who's the great leader Kim JI's only close friend.
So I think NK agents are surfing the Dave's site to kidnap some foreign English teachers from SK and ran into "Cuban Landlord" = Fidel Castro.

You are correct. Internet privileges are given by Kim himself to his "selected few". Even then, the net is closely monitored and logged. Very strange indeed. hehehhe. Dave's ESL is being monitored by the North! |
Must be. My guess is they found your site through this one. They are trying to dig up dirt on you to pass it along to their agents in the South and in Cuba. |

If they are basing their assessment of the Western World on Dave's, it would explain a lot of their diplomacy and doctrine.
A lot.
(It would explain their crappy English too...) |

Is that true? |

Every so often I check my website stats. Today I noticed that I have had 15 people from North Korea look at my website.
Are there English teachers in North Korea (probably a stupid question)? |
IP's are notoriously inaccurate--or rather, IP loggers. |

There is Internet in North Korea. I know a guy who volunteered up there for half a year. Most likely they'd have it in the UN compound and it would be a pretty lousy connection.
Also considering how Kim Jong-il has all the technology he needs, I'm sure major important party members have unrestricted access to the Internet. |
