My experience has been the opposite. I have known and worked with about 12-15 Newfies here in Korea, and almost all have been racist, stupid, drunken, douchebags. Im sure there are some good ones out there though. |

Clearly authentic Newf. Clever enough to know who he doesn't want hanging around his province. All the while taking the piss out of himself.
I'd really love to come across some Newfoundlanders, or Alantic Canadians in general. |

| Damn I thought i was the only one who had Great Big Sea and Buddywasisname on my MP3 player. St. john's born and bred currently serving term in Incheon. I'd love to have a Newfie meet up sometime. I haven't seen the rock in going on three years. Can someone confirm that the Village Mall is still standing? lol |

The Village is still there, though it's more or less a shell these days. |

Yes that particular species from that Arctic area, a favorite of Santa, neighbors they be. I hear they eat raw seal and exploit polar bears for cod. Sick buggers.

Seeing as Newfoundland is piss poor and its youth forced to come to Korea to seek gainful employment, I would think that they would welcome any and all possible tourist dollars. If nothing else they would earn money to keep them in drink. |
