I checked Korea customs and they quoted me 20%, so either there's another tax they're not telling me about, or FedEx decided to add one to pocket a tidy profit...
Do any of you know if the diamonds in Korea are certified? If so, by whom?
Thanks for all your posts so far. My girlfriend and I are heading off to Jongno this weekend to see what we can find.
