You must be Canadian. |
Don't embarass yourself. I was referring to the predictable Korean reaction to the event, not American shortfalls, which you seem to be so defensive about.
But, you're right. Yeah, guns aren't a problem in the good ol US, eh.
American's don't kill. Mass murder has never occured in America. It's one of the safest places in the world.
Colombine was, where?
And, were these Americans?

| I thought it was sad that government officials in Korea felt the need to apologize for the actions of one of their own who left back in 1992. |

CNN just showed a "Viewer Comment" by a Korean who said something like...........
"We don't consider him to be a Korean as he lived in the U.S. and had a greencard.
Such a thing could never happen in Korea and never has since it's 5,000 year history. |

He's not an American and not a Korean. So what is he?
The next thing all Koreans living in the USA will say? We're not Koreans. We are Japanese. Korea? What the hell is that? |

The US government doesn't go apologizing to the world everytime one of its citizens does something wrong.
Nationality has nothing to do with anything. May have added to his sense of isolation or whatever but being Korean had nothing to do with it. I don't know why you want to turn this into a nationalistic pissing contest. |

Only a Canadian would have such a hard time understanding that yes, he was indeed...get ready(!)...a Korean. Incredible revelation, I know. |
