Seol is much better, I like watching him play, one of Reading's best players for sure
Confused

Well Seol has been on the bench for much of the second half for a mediocre Reading team...

He scored a great goal at the start of the season but has done nothing for months.

I agree that VanIslander was overselling Park Laughing

But he is a good player on one of the world's best teams.

not quite. hes appeared in 25 of their 36 odd league matches this season.
only scored a few goals maybe but he is still a much better player.

Reading are 7th hardly mediocre especially considering that they are a promoted side.

as for having done nothing for months well he set up the goal for Kitson rather well on Monday.

Yes he finally made it back to the starting line up for the past few games. He was always in the starting line up before Christmas, but has seen limited action since Christmas... I think he is a good player too but his manager obviously has some problems with him.

Reading are 7th in the EPL, good but mediocre on a global stage. ManU is a world-class side (along with Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal).

he is actually the most substituted player in the league. anyways park is good but seol better imo. we can agree to disagree and ill carry on celebrating liverpool achievement tonight.

btw op
i think this poll reflects the fact that he is one of the most internationaly recognised Koreans around. when park first moved one of the first things he said was that it was important for him to succeed to prove that koreans can play on this stage. when he does well koreans tend to feel some kind of universal korean achievement in a similar way to when that clone scientist was exposed as a phony they all collectively mourned. group mentality and all that stuff.....

it was a pain. i have my interview for epik next thursday and thus couldnt relieve stress by biting my nails knowing how much koreans loath that habit.

plus my brothers were doing arnold schwarzenager (invariable sp) impressions from some you tube clip and wrestling moves all over me; didnt exactly help the situation.

yes it was exciting thanks, we were the better side. our goalie was extra special. thought the team selection was rather baffling (again) but we restricted chelsea for the most part and 'the special one' wasnt best pleased.

if i eventually come to korea its nights like this ill miss.

watched it live on korean tv...just not the same with the crowd drowned out by the korean commentator's wit...a long and winding road was mentioned...

if it's to be manure vrs the pool I recommend any anthropologists in the crowd to grab a pew in hollywoods. It's would be the original real grudge match. their will be bile spat across the bar. it very well could bet ugly at that late drinking hour.

Game is late o' clock on a wednesday night , may 23rd, and the following day is a holiday. There will be english commentary too.

Man U fans seems to like Park and I think he is a good addition to the side but its hard to comment on this season because he has been injured for so long. To say he is just there to make up there numbers is wrong and he would be a definite first team choice for many lesser teams.

Lee Young Pyo is the only constant Korean starter and is first choice at Spurs. Lee Chun Soo isw going to Fulham in the summer (probably dependent on whether they stay up) and I really think he could make a mark next year.

lee yong-pyo is not a regular starter and he is not rated by spurs fans.

park is rated cos he works extremely hard for the team.

seol has been injured but is a decent player at a side (reading) punching way above their weight.

lee at boro hasn't started so well, but its early days yet.

carry on
