Seriously, whoever published that diet should be sued for criminal negligence.
(Ok, not seriously, people should have some accountability. But that diet is pure ass.) |

I'm just finishing the book "You: On a Diet". It's a very good read. I've been learning a lot of cool info. I highly recommend it. A lot of good ideas in it. Has anyone else here read it? What do you think of Oz and the other guy? You know, the dude in scrubs who's always on Operah?! Hey! That's Harpo spelt backwards!! |

Did you know that bananas generally cause constipation, which probably won't feel too good after a few days of eating only bananas.. |

| A Korean friend of mine is on a "diet" because she was getting chubby. She eats tomatoes and tofu....that's it. She told me that she's lost 4 kg in 3 days. |

What's the point of living if you must live eating tomatoes and tofu?
I prefer the French diet. Rich foods, fresh ingredients, lots of bread (with REAL butter) chocolate and plenty of wine.. in small frequent portions.
All of this culinary Nazism is not really living. Exercise (i.e walk) more, eat more frequently, drink more wine.
Enjoy life without overloading on junk foods like potato chips, ramen, preservative-laden snacks, etc. |
