Out of the night that covers me
Black as the Pit from pole to pole
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not flinched nor cried aloud
Beneath the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloodied but unbowed

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the horror of the shade
And yet the slow turning of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid

It matters not how strait the gate
How charged with punishments the scroll
I am the master of my fate
I am the captain of my soul

I don't know why but when the OP asked what I have memorised, that was the first thing that popped up.

I had to memorize this in high school. I still remember it. Sound familiar?
The spelling and capitalization might be off in some places.

What that April, with his shoures soote
The droughte of March hath pierced to the roote
And bathed every vein in swich licour
Of which vertu engendred is the flowr.
Whan Zephyrus eek with his sweete breath
Inspired hath in every holt and heeth
The tendre croppes and the yonge sonne
Hath in the ram his halve cours yronne,
And smalle fowles maken melodye
That sleepen al the night with open eeye
So priketh hem nature in hir corages
Than longen folk to gone on pilgrimages,
And palmeres for to seken strauge strondes
To ferne halwes couthe in sondry londes;
And especially from every shire's ende
Of Engelonde to Canterbury they wende,
The holy blissful martyr for to seke
That hem hath holpen whan that they were seke.

And that is all I can remember.
