Some of my kids were telling me about this happening in China. They said they saw it on the news here. What kind of relationship do Koreans have with the Chinese?

Not to hijack the thread. It has been reported that some North Korean children are slaughtered and sold as meat in the street markets. I would guess that cannabalism has been going on for thousands of years around the world.

This thing does the rounds of the internet every couple of years. So far I have seen variations claiming the Japanese eat babies, the Chinese and even one attributing such behavior to the Koreans. People like bnrockin are the kind of useful idiots who perpetuate these stupid internet myths and make it hard for people of different cultures to have any kind of understanding. I saw a program a few years back about a couple in t he UK that just had a baby and they invited their friends over to enjoy eating the placenta. The report said it was not uncommon in some societies and was becoming more common in first-world countries to eat the placenta.
