Thing is, I'm in Korea. It used to be a more frequent site, but people who would do such a thing seem to have grown slightly more safety conscious in the years I've been here.

Last time I was in Thailand, there was a news article in the Bangkok Post. Twenty-four year-old Thai guy was driving an SUV, drunk, hit a bus stop. Killed four high school students.

And got the death penalty for it.
