Just less than 1/2 cup of kimchi chigae has 57 kcal, 6 g carbs, 4 g protein and 2 g fat. We know there's way more than 1/2 a cup in that serving though, haha.
1 fried egg is around 95 calories, 7 g of fat, 6.3g protein and 0.4 g carbs.
1.2 cup of rice is 100 kcal, 21.6g carbs, 2.9 g protein, and 0.2 g fat. |

If you were to eat a cup of the soup, the egg, and half the rice you'd be getting around 270 calories, 11 g fat, 23 g carbs, and 15 g protein.
Eat more protein! The meal would be fairly balanced if you were to add more protein to it. |
