I was reading that Melvile book the other night, you know, Moby Dick, and I was thinking about that Tom Cruise movie he made so long where he played a bartender, I think it was called "Cocktail" ... anyway, my college roommate called right about then - did I mention he graduated summa cum laud? He's got this spaniel he wants to breed for pup, a male dog so he's looking for a bitch he can sire them with.
I forgot what the point of this story was, but if you're not busy Saturday, Yellow is the place to be.

Um, yeah, I think obscenity filters are dumb, but the only thing dumber are those messageboards that don't have them. They attract losers who think posts with 500 consecutive uses of the "f" word is an interesting way to spend time. Yawn.
The only thing worse than spending a few minutes reading such a board as that is the mere thought of someone having to moderate a board that didn't have a handy bit of software like that ...
Once again, Yellow Bar has cocktails for 3800 won, and I think the tequila shots are around 2000 ...

Sounds familiar.
Anyway, I've been working serious overtime this week while fighting off a nasty cow of a cold. It's the hot and cold running snot type of cold.... But if I can shake it off by then, I'll be there.
Or I'll be at home building a little snot pyramid with my kleenex.
And if Sperling would remove the asterixes from around each swear word in the swear filter, we'd be able to mention certian types of drink. |

Yes, but that would also allow people to say cock master without having the filter block it out, which might be bad. Remember, bad people are creative, too.
Well Bob, my Japan pal can't make it(4 weeks to get the paperwork!!! Hahahahah Japan sucks!), so I'm 95% coming, though I dunno if I can make it for dinner. Got Chica Time and all... |
