| Bottome line!!! The camera is SOLD. The final selling price was 1.3mil. The price was negotiated down, since he didn't want the extra battery, hand grip, tripod, Nikon bag, and the software. He was replacing the one that he lost, so he already had 3 batteries and couple bags. Which means I am selling the remaining stuff for those that are interested. I am sure someone's going to make a post about how it's not worth the price and other crap.... |

Good for you.
If you could still take this guy for 1.3M after all of this, he deserves the price he paid. |

If I'm not mistaken, "grey" market doesn't imply that the goods aren't genuine, only that the people selling them aren't authorized and therefore warranties are only good here in Korea. Not wishing to stray too far from the original post... but since I'm here - might as well buttinski:
1. Who doesn't want to get top dollar for anything they're are selling?
2. Seller - I'd keep it. If you're willing to invest in the 5D, you're serious enough about photography to have a great back-up. Why are you making the move anyway? I think those big sensors are overrated - at least for the money. Are you taking pictures for billboards or something? |
