"First Christmas (Away from Home)" by Stan Rogers is a 3 hanky tune that we ex-pats might be able to relate to.
"Blinded by Rainbows" by the Rolling Stones is a brilliant anti-war song that is simply amazing! Very sad.
"And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda" by Eric Bogle. He wrote it and his version is very sad.
"Fameous Blue Raincoat" by Leonard Cohen. Very sad, but it is very touching. |
