It's not as easy as that. Blackie put me in touch with their booking guy and he has never gotten back to me. He's never gotten back to anyone I think regarding Korea. I've got Blackies e-mail if you want it. I kinda gave up on them. Besides we don't "pay" bands to come, ex. Bad Religion 15,000USD. Marky Ramone wanted to come but know one seemed interested. The deal I made with Joe was that he got 100% of the door both nights. So it covered the cost of the motels and airfare from Japan. And thats the best way to get a band here. If they are playing in Japan then it's just a quick hop over here for a couple of days and it's not to expensive. So they can atleast get the airfare back. Wimpy was with them so that was an extra 290 bucks for a ticket but they made out ok. If the Hard-Ons came then I'm sure the turn-out would be ok. The Queers drew a mixed crowd of regulars plus a few odd GI's and expats no-one has ever seen before at any shows. Skunx ws packed and Spot was pretty full. We charged 15,000 Fri and 20,000 Sat. Some of the regulars and band members put up the Skunk money. NOFX charged 60,000KW or so, I don't remember but I wouldn't have gone to see them if they played in my bathroom. I saw 'em before and not worth it. MXPX charged 65,000 I think and them after the show was begging girls to hang out with them. Sad. Again, no-one I would pay to see. As, for the Hard-On's if your sis knows Kesh then get her to light the fire again, who knows. I can only go to so many RUX/Couch/ 13 Steps shows.

First of all a very interesting thread. Not sure if I can remember all but I'll try.

The Smashing Pumpkins also in the U.S.

Grateful Dead (more times than I can count)
Phish
Pink Floyd (without Roger Waters)
Niel Young (a few times)
Steve Miller Band (a few times)
the Kinks (a few times)
Lou Reed (great show!)
Sting
Jethro Tull

the Who
Big Brother and the Holding Company (Obviously without Janis)
Dave Mason

Crosby, Stills and Nash (at the 25th Anniversary of the Kent State Shootings)
Donovon
the Merry Pranksters (with Ken Kesey)

Arlo Guthrie and Pete Seeger on the same stage (great show!)

I'm sure there were a whole bunch more and I'll be like oh yeah as soon as I hit the submit button but for now this will have to do.
