Bulasoju,

When I addressed my post to Katydid, you must have missed it. Again, my comments about libel were not directed at what you said and later retracted. She was the one that leveled the "attack" on that institution.

If you are going to maintain that your comments about having higher-standards, a sweatshop, a fast-food restaurant, the contract, and that school were completely unrelated, that is your business.

I asked you one question. I was not making assumptions. I stated, "Were you comparing "Top" school to a sweatshop or a fast-food restaurant because of the details within their contract?" Again, that was a question, and I can appreciate you not wanting to answer it.

Austin,

That's an honest reply so I'll be straight with you too-

I don't know anything about TOP schools and wasn't categorizing them as a sweatshop or McD's, it was just a spontaneous way of saying that I wouldn't take the job if I didn't like the contract. I didn't like the contract.

But I wouldn't black-list them for it either- as you pointed out they are quite explicit in what they expect and that is certainly a better contract than one that leaves things vague and unstated.

If you work at a TOP school and were offended by the implication then I'm sorry. There were just some things in that contract that I didn't like and would not agree to, it's really as simple as that.
