I put the yolks down the drain. I tried putting them in the garbage bag but they drained through a little hole and all over the floor. It was tragic.

My girlfriend thinks putting them into the sink is just disgusting.

I know it's a waste of perfectly good cholesterol, but other than deep-frying them, I can't think of any use for them.

You can use egg yolks as a glaze for pastry on pies and cakes - also you can use eggs yolks and brush on top of a shepereds pie, or use it as a binding ingredient for mashed potatoes.

You don't strike me as the baking type DM Laughing but theres some suggestions!

I make something I like to call a scrambled omelet. Now there's a good time with eggs. Basically your regular omelet only its scrambled. I've also experimented with cinnamon and maple syrup... good times... good times.

That sounds good - the combination of a crispy outside and a soft, moist filling would please the tastebuds!

I don't know about maple syrup, would crispy bacon be a good alternative? or dairylea cheese?

Don't you hate all of this rain? It's raining again. Ugh. When it rains back home, it usually drops in temperature at the same time.

Not here.

Your thoughts?

I love the rain. Where I come from the temperature doesn't change that much when it rains.....those places where rain does cause the temperature to change are just odd.

Does that happen in America OP? Cos then I must disapprove.

In England it rains all the time and it usually comes with a cold wind but here - you are soaked within 2 minutes if you don't have an umbrella. I laughed at the lunatics getting their umbrella out at the first sign of rain but now I carry an umbrella everywhere I go now. Shocked

I don't mind the rain here though beacuse there isn't a cold wind accompanying it. Cool

I like eggs benedict, mmmm hollandaise sauce!!!! Poaching eggs is really hard though

Rain is bad in Korea, I heard you could melt or all your hair could fall off, I have seen many bald headed foreigners, I assume they forget their umbrella. I never leave home without one now!!

Just so I am clear white bags are general garbage and orange is recycle??
Right?? my school just said to put everything in the white bag, why would they tell me something wrong, why................?? So they can laugh at me when I get arrested by the trash police. I put my trash out real late sort of like the cooky neighors on the birds.

if you can use 80/20 eggs and single cream you will turn out some delicious and creamy scrambled eggs.

What are 80/20 eggs? Is this something I should know about?

btw, my towel smells like pee-pee. I think it's the humidity.

I grew up in a Mediterranean climate zone (California) where winter is the rainy season. So when I saw pictures of Japanese kids in my 2nd grade social studies textbook wearing shorts, sandals, and no jackets in the rain I was baffled. Confused Rain in the Summertime? Naaaaaaaah!

I think 'scrambled eggs' was the working title for the Beatles' song Yesterday.

You know what's surprisingly good?

Do an egg over easy and place it on top of a burger. If you then add bacon you're consuming all the standard barnyard animals in one tasty bite.

You guys have totally missed the point. The reason the yolks are separated is to create something healthier for breakfast with the goal of reducing weight, or of not gaining any.

Has there been a study to show that it's bad cholesterol in eggs. There was a mention made on the Simpson's and everyone knows that what Lenny says is gold.

And if your going to throw out the yolk of an egg which color trash bag do you put it in. I just put everything in the white bag and go down at midnight to put my trash out, I think I am doing something illegaly so I do it on the sly. I throw away all my recycables in the white bag, too!!
Are the Korean police going to come after me???

I like AC/DC but I don't like when old bands come out with new albums, I think they are poor and need money, thats why the Eagles got back together, they admittted they needed the cash!!
I flush all my food waste down the toilet.

I usually order my eggs sunny-side-up, because too often I've been served hard-fried eggs when I order them over easy. If they come to me all slimy I flip them over on my plate, which usually cooks the slime off. Assuming they haven't been sitting on the passbar for too long, the eggs are hot enough to finish cooking themselves.
I don't like slimy eggs, but I don't like hard ones either.
