It depends, if you killed the last panda in the world, it would be genocidal...
My point is most people are not wise enough to even tell what is low (not to mention the lowest of low), we are gullible and stupid, if Brad Pitt started to bum cigarettes in public, this new trend would sweep across the universe in 3 months...
