sounds like you're a female. I can't comment on the female perspective, but I imagine if I were a female I'd want to jump off a bridge on the Han when menapause started kicking in and I started to shrivel up like a prune.
of course, if I lost my libido, like many women do, maybe I'd reconsider.
Most men, do NOT lose their libido. That's why you see grandpas lining up to buy Viagra.
to know what after 50 no woman that you'd like to bed will even give you a second glance is a psychologically devastating blow to a man, even if he's completely faithful to his partner/wife, etc. It's knowing that he can get it that is most important.
ergo, doing the husband/worker ant/family provider bit is best left to times where there is NOTHING else for you to do anyways -.. like from your fifites and up. To waste years before that doing it and then attive at 55 "done raising your children" like most people do is the most possibly stupid thing I can imagine. |
