Not really objected, but they weren't too happy about it... This came completely unexpected as my parents have an international marriage too! (Chinese-European). Esp. the Chinese side of the family seemed to have strong prejudices against Korean men ('they're all wife-beaters'). Luckily they completely changed their opinions after coming to Korea and spending some time with us and his family  And my Chinese grandmother wants my sister to get married to a Korean guy too 
His family was really accepting, no problems there (my husband is not the eldest son, that might have had a lot to do with it). In fact I was a bit worried about that, several of my Korean friends had major troubles with mothers not accepting their (Korean) girlfriends. |

ratlash...my god mate...do you mean to say that you actually met some Koreans who are nice 
That must have been quite the shocker for you after all this hearthache you had to endure here... |
