| You are a newb. Koreans still eat dogs, but only one breed of dog. It is raised for eating only. The pets in the shops are pets. It is 99% likely the girl was actually making a funny joke. |
Thanks captain obvious. I dont know how we would all get along without you. 99% chance that I was also making a joke about the PET STORE, funny or otherwise. True I am a noob as I have been here just over a month as I have stated many, many, many, many times.
So forgive me since I lack your encyclopedic knowledge of Korean culture. |

um, yeah, but the point of your whole post was how you couldn't believe someone would say that....implying that you didn't think it was funny, and I assumed you wouldn't think it was funny because you think they eat any old dog.
I'm not claiming to be some expert on Korean culture. However, if you've actually had any sort of discussion about eating dog with a real live Korean then you would already know about what I had posted.
Sorry you're offended that you're a newb...I guess I just get bored of the outrage about people eating dogs. Meat is meat in my eyes, the worst part isn't that dog is eaten, but perhaps the way it's 'butchered.'
Not every country has loads and loads of land the raise cattle on. |
