He's making unproven claims and telling flat-out lies in order to get money from people. That's fraud.
He's been taken to court by consumer boards and stockholders of a business partner. He's also been convicted of fraud, which is why he is not allowed to promote business ventures that make false claims. |

And you're committing libel.
Why don't try quoting his actual book (you know, primary sources) instead of your worthless liberal hack media sources. Until you do that, you've got nothing.
Also, just because he's been taken to court doesn't mean he's guilty. The government is corrupt to the core and the FDA (which is a blatant front for the pharmaceutical drug cartel) has ZERO credibility. |

Indeed, that video clip is pretty damning. But the issue is: Does he have freedom of speech or not? There are dozens of "quacks" out there, but in the US there is also a "buyer be ware" clause. He has not broken any laws with his book. On the other hand, the government trying to take away his right to free speech IS against the Constitution and IS illegal. |
