You can try advertising at international divisions of Korean universities. They usually have Chinese students who can speak some English. I know that Kyung Hee and ChungAng have a large number of Chinese students either studying Korean or other subjects.

Not sure what your motivation for learning Chinese is, but just remember this by Marty Nemko, author of Cool Careers for Dummies:

Job seekers might try to become more employable by tackling the challenge of learning Chinese language and culture but I believe the best job opportunities will be for native speakers of Chinese.
