How have I "manipulated the statistics" exactly?
The numbers don't lie. Koreans commit more crime per capita.. than foreigners resident in Korea.

You took the statistics for ONE year (2007 to be exact) and used that to reach the conclusion that "You'll still find Koreans commit double the amount of crime."
As for the "Koreans gripe" I think it's a reasonable expectation that the majority of foreigners who are invited to their country refrain from breaking the laws while they are here. I do not think however that they expect ALL foreigners to be 100% law-abiding and neither does any other rational person. Pretty much all contracts whether hakwon or P.S have some clause which lets them void the contract if we break the law. |
