Yeah, and back then they had real special effects, instead of all this fake-looking CGI crap they use these days. |

I finally joined Dave's, after years of lurking, simply to share this movie with you:
After Hours
If you like Griffen Dunne (the comic decomposing friend in "American Werewolf In London"), and you should, you will love this movie. He plays a poor schmoe who just wants to go home during a confusing night. Yes, there is even a "Wizard Of Oz" reference.
In addition to an awesome soundtrack the movie features Rosanna Arquette, Catherine O'Hara, Linda Fiorentino, Teri Garr, John Heard, and Cheech&Chong.
Oh yeah, it is directed by some guy by the name of Martin Scorsese  |
