Was searching around and this seemed to be the best thread to post my question...
The original grace period for renewing an E2 at the same school was up and until 2012, am I correct? I renewed last December at the same school and didn't have to submit a CRC at that time. My current E-2 ends on the last day of 2011...what are the odds that I will be able to renew at the same school w/o the CRC? This will be my second renewal since the new regulations took effect.
The immigration office I deal with has always been pretty laissez-faire and not too finicky. I think there are a grand total of maybe one thousand furriners within its jurisdiction.
