I have the same problem with weird. I always want to put the i before the e.

medicine - I always have to stop and think if its "medecine."

For some reason, I can spell the word "museum" just fine when I handwrite it, but when I type it, I transpose the e and the u to make it "musuem." Very embarrassing to misspell an elementary class assignment.
