I'm going to correct you I just transferred my E-2 after finishing my contract on February 28. All I needed was a Letter of Release (Dates of employment, basically) and an apostilled diploma, and that was that. My previous school had 2 weeks to cancel my visa, meaning I had two weeks to start a new position. I went on the very last day of those two weeks and had no problem. |
