it may not make you a loser but it make you feel that much better to put someone down?
there's always gonna be someone better or stronger or smarter than you and being a dick about it doesn't help bro
if you got game, that's great, i just don't think its all that kind to put anyone down because i bet there's someone here better than you at something and wouldn't ever put you down or demean you because of it |

I don't know if the reduction in fat from normal PB is worth it (I am trying to eat 35-40% of my calories from fats currently) but I hear it's killer in protein shakes.
Although, I just saw that is contains sugar. Though only a little bit, I don't see the point. :/ |
