sorry, but i have to argue with you here. my french teachers in elementary and highschool did not speak french all that well (i was in ontario). being originally from quebec, my mum would always go into meet the teacher night and scare the poop out of my french teacher that year. as well, after i spent a summer with a french family as a nanny, my spoken french was far better than my high school teacher's.
anyway, onto the point at hand: i find that the korean education system relies heavily on rote learning, so i wouldn't say that it's better than the canadian one. iq tests only test a certain type of intelligence and are imho b.s. |
