locthebloke: yeah, I tried this too and they said they couldn't help me...
But in the end I realize that I am not trying to rush this anyway and would rather take the time to look closely at contracts and so I think that it is a good thing (for me). Although, I did submit my fingerprints in January and still haven't gotten my CBC... (I called and they say it should be here by April 1) Good luck to you though! Did you just try your congressperson, or your senator as well? maybe they can help? I don't know. |

I got my CRC back yesterday. It took exactly 4 weeks. So, didn't really need it expedited in the end. 
This fact is in direct contradiction to what the Congressperson's people said to me. They told me it would take 5 weeks just for the prints to get out of the FBI's mailroom. Complete misinformation. |

| What exactly do you say to your congress person in an email? Do you do this after you have sent off your fingerprints? This expedited information is of great use to me, so thanks everyone for sharing! |
