Agreed. Just like how many people "back home" ignore or roll their eyes at goofy city slogans there too. |

I was pretty happy with Daejeon's slogan "It's Daejeon" because I was told it meant "IT, technology and Science", since Daejeon wants to be considered a science city. However, after looking up the meaning on their webpage, I changed my mind:
