If people want to have a boozefest fine, but when it gets to the point that people are puking in the fish tanks and defecating over people's garden's, it gets a bit much. That's when it moves beyond us just doing the same thing as the locals and moves into "Ugly American (or whatever)" territory. If I got to the lotusginsengazaleacherryblossom festival the locals won't be so drunk that they puke in a fishtank.
