I was in on another debate on some other forum over this very same thing. It was only an article in the Korea Times then.
The law is designed to target babarimen (literally trenchcoat-men: flashers) and probably public urinators; just like any other public indecency law in existence. It has nothing to do with miniskirts.
This is a non-story blown completely out of proportion by the uninformed and those looking to generate controversy to get site hits/sell newspapers (like anyone buys those anymore!) |
