you wrote ADPOT instead of adopt. That's ok I wrote adapt instead of adopt.

Do Korean high school students refer to themselves as 신입생 or 학년 ? The schools are structured differently. I cannot see how you can do a true translation unless they use those words. I think the OP was correct but should have explained the high school part better.
