It's been 60 years, North Korea is on it's third generation of dictator. What is South Korea waiting for? I don't know how South Koreans can watch the suffering there without taking action.

Hmmmm.... Maybe having your whole population being in the middle of a war zone makes SK really really reluctant to start a full-on war. And the economic chaos it would cause in east Asia makes Japan and China really really worried. You think North Korea will just wave the white flag without any exchange of fire into a metro of 20 million people?

But, it's easy for an American to say "Why don't they start a war?", being a whole ocean away.

The main reason for the existence of North Korea is that cockroach nation called China (which along with North Korea should not exist either).

At the end of WWII if the Americans would have forwarded their troops to the Yalu River when Japan was withdrawing maybe NK would not exist now. But they didn't and the Russians were about to take all of Korea, but stopped halfway because Truman told them to. China isn't the main reason NK is around.

Who's Your Daddy, may I ask what you've done in your lifetime for democracy and such? Are you a veteran? Peace Corps? Community Service?

May I also ask again, what is your specific plan? If you don't have an alternative plan, then how can you criticize the current one? That doesn't seem very intelligent or well thought out.

War will never break out. China and the United States won't let it happen. The two big boys will keep their puppets towing the line.
