REALLY low pay AND you have to do kiddie camps in summers/winters, but, hey, if you're looking to break in to university work...
They SAY they want an MA with at least 2 years of university experience, but given the conditions, I doubt they'll get that type of applicant.

ESL Program at SUNY Korea
COULD be interesting, and good experience for those looking to possibly transition back to a university ESL position back in N. America.
BUT the fact that they don't state the salary, don't discuss housing, and addional duties can be 'designated by the director' send up red flags. Might be worth a look, though.

Another place I've never heard of. Pay not great, but housing and, oddly enough, a 'food allowance' are provided. Salary is low for contact hours required. Most experienced university instructors will automatically give this a pass.

Pay is low for number of contact hours (yes, GENO123, we know contact hours mean nothing) and the housing stipend is low, but, again, most experienced teachers will give it a pass so you might get a shot. |

Salary not great, but not too bad. May generate interest because they're stating 9-12 contact hours. Housing provided.
APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE IN BY 18 NOVEMBER |

Low pay, but looks like they'll leave you alone for the breaks. Proximity to Seoul means they'll also probably get a few applicants. |

Low pay for the hours and you'll deal with the SKY attitude. Looks like they'll at least consider applications from people with little to no university exprerience. Get in, get the name on your resume, and get out. |

Could be an interesting job and the pay is a big higher than standard (if you have no experience). They'll get applicants. |

This is the job that GENO123 is seemingly so adament about not taking. Why? You'll be teaching writing and presentation skills, which will indeed entail a load of grading. Keep in mind that you're a teacher, suck it up, get your experience, and move along if it's not for you.
Most experienced instructors will give this a pass as the pay is just so-so for what they require.
ALSO, they say there's only ONE MONTH off during the winter and summer, so who knows what you'll be doing for the rest of the breaks and whether or not it'll be paid over and above your regular salary. |

| Thanks, and agreed that a lot of the jobs aren't that great. Figured I'd post them here as the thread is about getting U jobs without experience. Imagine that a lot of these places will be hiring people with none. |

| They should then be scratched from consideration just out of gfp. Wouldn't be surprised if some bible thumper types were interested none-the-less. It's a weird world. |
