You make 6 to 7 million won a month teaching??? And no jobs paying over 50,000 per hour?

I did the math.

To make 7 million per month at 50,000 for EVERY hour you teach, you'd have to do 5 hours per day of strictly privates. Knowing that not all privates are in the same place, and you'll have at least an hour in between them to travel, you'd be working a 7 day week and putting in at least 10 to 12 hours per day -- not counting lunch/dinner breaks.

HOW did you line up so many privates?

Not ripping on you -- just exceedingly jealous of your money.

Take my Thursdays for example. 8-10am at 35,000hr.
I walk upstairs and teach the CEO for 50,000 from 10am-11am(but no jobs over 50k)

I ride the bus to dogok where I teach an ajumma from 11:30-12:30. (50k)
At 12:30 I've acquired 170,000.
I then make another 230,000 teaching at a home school across the street from the ajumma from 1:00-7:30.
The home school bus drops me off at Mido apts in Daechi where I teach these 2 brothers at 45,000 won for 2 hours.
TOTAL THURSDAY TAKE-IN: 490,000
not everyday is like that at all...here's a tip, just try to balance your day out to take in 300,000 avg. like I got a couple easy ones that are around 200,000, but the Thursday balances them out. Yeah, Thursday is hell, but 500 bucks untaxed is a beautiful thing. I actually thought of flying out to Thailand every week and coming back to Korea only to teach on Thursdays and spend the rest of the 6 days on a beach...it could be done, but I'd be saving nothing.
I'm just working this hard because I need a down payment on a house and I need to start my business at the same time when I leave for the states in November.
Korea is a great place to make money, you just need to keep looking for these opportunities. Word of mouth, even recruiters, etc...

There is no money to be made doing privates.

Privates are illegal.
