Unfortunately, this is so bloody true. During my time here I, and other teachers I know, have found ourselves resenting the lazy/unpopular/incompetent/etc teachers who seem to get handsomely rewarded for their general uselessness and unpopularity with students. They always seem to get the easier classes and better deals.
Sorry to hear about the slow demise of a good job CM. Glad to hear you're not trapped there though. |
