I occasionally read this site and usually come across unintelligible and shrill posts written by what I assumed was a young Korean woman. A pretty one at that, as I also thought your avatar was your picture (who is it? an actress? I don't know much about K-pop culture).
Anyway, it has been my very long standing mistake for I recently saw that you are actually a Canadian "man". My girlfriend and I are in complete and utter shock. We have spent many a night laughing about 'her' and her predicable trolling with our friends over beer.
The oddest thing is that you spend much of your time talking smack about foreigners and their experiences here as we so obviously have a superficial experience in Korea (as well as historical knowledge and philosophical outlook) when compared to you. Well, you have 111 pages of posts. One hundred and eleven. When the heck do you find the time to both obsessively post on this site and still have a deeply philosophical and profound experience in Kangnam (the cultural Mecca of, well, absolutely nowhere).
But don't worry; you will always be a shrill, oversensitive and mindlessly nationalistic teenaged girl to me.

Its called office time. I know thats an alien concept since you probably dont even have a desk and you are worked like a slave at your crappy hagwon. Some of us dont work in hagwons and we have offices and plenty of free time as well. Perhaps when you are worthy of my attention, i.e. you get a real job instead of being a hagwon cowboy, you can respond to more of my posts. |
