Some immigration people do like to make up the rules as they go along. It is a serious business and seems to be down to lack of training and general lack of job competency.
I've been dealt with in various ways by Korean immigration people and whilst the majority of these experiences have been trouble free other situations have been very awkward and annoying. It is frustrating that some of the officials seem to want to make it as difficult for genuine legal teachers as possible when it would be better to concentrate more efforts on cracking down on immigration offenders. |
