My students (4th graders and up) used to love the word echoencephalography


A noun
1 echoencephalography

a noninvasive diagnostic procedure that uses ultrasound to study the anatomy of the brain


We would play the "connect the word" game and they would go home and look up the longest words they could find. I got to the point where I made them learn what the word MEANT, not just the word itself.


Lately in my uni, colonoscopy has been a big favorite...don't ask me why!!! Laughing
