Many on the board have said that if she wants to get them done don't stop her. This my friend is good advice. Tell her to seriously consider the pros and cons and ( I know it sounds corny) make a list with them. EVERYTHING should be listed. The pain that comes with the surgery (weeks of torture), the $$$ that it costs to do it intitially, the upkeep, the constant stares of horny men not looking at your face but at your breasts...She might think twice when she looks at it on paper.
Tell her you love her either way. We women love that!!!
Oh....show her a picture of Dolly Parton before you talk with her. That'll scare the s#@t out of any sane girl!

I think fake tatters are fantastic!

One of my Korean girlfriends had them.

Also, I had a Japanese girlfriend who had them.

The Strange Thing about her bringing this up is that it would be her first ever bit of plastic surgery.

She hasn't even had her eyelids done before.

She is willing to pay more to get a reputable surgeon to do the job.

Apparently She has been thinking about it for years and she went in for a consultation 3 years ago as well.

My only suggestion to her was that if she is going to get them done don't get huge ones because the extra weight might damage your back.

Truthfully it is her choice, but express your concerns and feelings.

I think men, in general, aren't all that crazy about fakes. If we were, we would probably get our own done so we had something else to play with.

Fake boobies are tacky and the asian girls ive seen with them ALWAYS get them way too big.

i she's gonna go for it, she should get maybe one size more...anything bigger is just obvious and lame.

kind of like make-up...the point is to make it look natural.

but i think you should try and tell her how pretty she looks naturally and yadda yadda....if she still wants to, then just TRY....TRY to bite the bullet and force yourself to enjoy her funbags.
