There are a lot of really intriguing ideas that float around. This one seems just baffling.

I think more it's sensible to accept that he's an idiot.
Bush isn't really a complicated man; as the whole "Truthiness" discussion made clear.
I really, really don't think it's an act. In fact, I have a conspiracy theory that says that Karl Rove let slip to some hack-kneed reporter that Bush is just trickin' people. |
