If you arent making over 2 mil, find a different job.

2.0 -2.2 was average for a no Cert low experience (less than one year).

With the rural bonus the public schools were equal to the privates.
The more you can prove the more you can make.

I'm going with a 2.2 mil private with a nice apartment and 20k/hour overtime. Hours should be from 2-8:30pm, which means I likely show up at 1pm.
